I haven't had a record deck since my Lenco Goldring years ago, which cost a fortune. This one cost a couple of hundred pounds and is as least as good. I was a little concerned with reviews about set up and needing a rubber mat. Unless you're a DJ I wouldn't worry to much. The only thing I would say is do not push the counter weight to far down the arm (like the idiot writing the review) as it has a tendency to make the cartridge case gouge extra grooves in the record. Just slide to the white line and you'll be good to go. Great product, great price- can't fault

A lovely turntable, with everything you need in the box. Arrived very well packaged. I was probably expecting a bigger sound, but this is probably down to the budget price and Stylus. There is nothing wrong with the sound, I suppose it was just my expectations. A sound platform to upgrade with a new cartridge at a later date.
