I purchased the AX5100G mainly because of its price and after a few hours of mucking around with all the settings I''m pleasantly surprised with the overall sound especially when using dolby atmos enabled media I had read a couple of bad reviews before I made my purchase but still went ahead and bought it anyway and in my opinion yes there are a couple of things I could moan about if I''d paid a high end price but I didn''t my last soundbar (lg) which cost a lot more and had fewer features was a let down ok it wasn''t a dolby atmos soundbar I couldn''t get it set up right and trust me I spent way to much time trying I''ve had the AX5100G 3days and I''m really happy with the sound with most media being played through it for entry level dolby atmos enabled soundbar you can''t go wrong

This sound bar is the best sound bar I've had and the sound is fantastic

Set this up yesterday to match with my Hisense TV. A little doubtfull at first . But followed the instructions and WOW turned it and my TV on. All matched up and playing Great.

Having heard a friend''s (very expensive) Dolby Atmos soundbar I wanted one, Internet searches of reviews made me consider Hisense at a VERY GOOD price. I am very pleased indeed it is a superb piece of kit. Great sound quality, plenty of preset options and then fine adjustments via the remote. Set up was extremely easy.

Bought this as a bundle with a new TV (, Hisense 55U8HQTUK) not impressed, car't get the rear speakers to work properly with the TV, they connect ok with BT but the sound is very low or non-existent, they provided a HDMI cable, but not one that works properly with the TV, it needs a 'EARC HDMI' cable so had to buy that separately(why not supply the proper cable???) I've sat down repeatedly and started from scratch and no difference, although the sound bar now reports connection via EARC on it's display, very disappointed and sound bar also doesn't fit under the TV stand, which is annoying.

Fab service from AO but the product itself is very poor, tinny sound, doesn't pair up with virgin remote, have to choose output setting every time you turn it on, wish I could return it but you can't once you've used it
