Cools well based on initial testing. Easy to assemble. Would be useful to have had the premium window kit included as standard. Weighty unit, though still able to easily move around. Minor cosmetic damage to unit under the manufacturer's sealed packaging.

I like this machine so much, i have 2!…1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs. I like that i can control it via my phone, via the app, so if I’m not in the house and I can see its too hot to be comfortable, I can switch it on remotely…good for my dog!!! For the machine downstairs, I did have to buy a longer hose so it was long enough to fit outside my fan window on the french doors. For upstairs, I bought the AEG premium window kit to add to this machine’s efficiency. Whilst Im very happy with it, if you’re a light sleeper, it is noisy, but having said that id rather be cool at night, if we have a hot summer.

This air conditioner really works, it is not silent but the fan noise in constant so lulls you to sleep and doesn't disturb you. Excellent for cooling a room but get the more powerful version if you want to cool a larger area. The remote control via an app is awesome. You can switch it on as you leave work or land at the airport back from your holiday and have the place at exactly the temperature you want without it having been using electricity whilst you were away. My three gripes would be that it doesn't come with a window kit but you can buy one separately if you want to boost efficiency and the hose is quite short so you may have to rearrange the room layout to get the unit close enough to the window. Finally, it's quite large and heavy so you may want to factor in where it will live in the summer and who's going to put it away.

Cools the room down really well. Fairly noisy, but at least it's worth it. Chunky sized machine, but you'd expect that.

Good quality air conditioner that works well but I was not expecting it to be so noisy. It is no quieter than the cheaper machines on the market. It would also have been better if the £166 premium window sealing kit came as standard with a unit at this price point.

This unit efficiently cools our space, using the auto speed feature it varies between a fan just to help circulate the air and the AC at full power to pump out nice cold air. The app's intuitive interface allows us to control temperature, fan speed, and create cooling schedules from my phone, even when away.
