Amazing! I used to hover and think I was getting everything up....oh how wrong I was! The amount of pet hair that came up was astonishing! And now my carpets look brand new! And the fact it can detect the type of flooring and corners is such a bonus and means I can do the whole house! It is easy to assemble and use and you will not be disappointed! Worth the money definitely.

Would rate this 0 if I could. Into my 3rd one in a week. All flashed red and show a faulty blockage that doesn’t exist. Sounds to be a known issue when speaking to shark. Read all the reviews and when for this flagship model. So disappointed and still don’t have a working machine. Save your money. On the other hand AO service is top notch amazing. Doing the best they can but obviously a shark faulty product nothing to do with AO. Could have got 3 Henry hoovers for this price and they would last forever.

Great hoover. It's very effective, agile and relatively light. Easy to see when it needs emptying and easy to do. It would be good if there were somewhere to store all the attachments on the hoover itself, can only attach 2 out of 3. Also the lights on it are quite bright. Overall very happy with it.

Great suction and cleaning power

Cleans effortlessly forwards and backwards which is mush better than previous models on hard floors. Changes seamlessly when going on carpet and I do like the extra power it gives when you’re going along the edge of a wall.
