Our old (18 year old) Neff oven had backed up, so we went on the AO website and ordered a new one. Ordering was simple and the oven was delivered a few days later. Great oven and service.

A good working oven with reliable temperature perfect for a number of household cooking jobs... More than suitable for a family of 4-6 . Simple to install as long as you have a matching space.The cooking settings and functions are well varied and easy to use as well as being well explained. The fan works well at both settings,even my daughter understood it from the time we got it.For price it’s good without having to pay top end prices.. I won’t say it’s cheap and good but rather slightly better than the price is worth.

Usual Neff quality and if it lasts as long as our original Neff oven (25 years) we will be very happy!! Looks good too! Highly recommended.

Bought as an emergency replacement when our old oven failed on Easter Sunday. As it was a built in oven we had to get the same size replacement. The website made it easy to find this with all the relevant information right there. Delivery was exactly as promised so we had the minimum possible time without an oven. Thank you AO lifesaver. The new oven was simple to fit and is performing well and we are happy with it.

Easy to install. Operating instructions clear . Easy to set the clock. Timer cooking simple . Would recommend letting oven heat up before use to burn of any manufacturing residue so that cooking not contaminated.

Replaced our previous Neff that was 17 years old! Not used all features yet but seems to work really well. Looking forward to baking cakes in it. AO delivery on time. No issues.
