I’m really enjoying having this oven. It is smart in both appearance and in use. Of course the slide and hide door makes it very easy to work with. So many features and easy to understand. I’m thrilled with my purchase.

We have two of these ovens side by side in our kitchen. Really like the slide and hide door and the quick heat function. Very powerful cooking function and well lit interior. Also pleased to see that you can set it so it doesn't show anything on the screen (two clocks next to each other slightly out of sync was going to drive me crazy). Product seems high quality and we're very happy with them both so far.

Biggest problem is that oven door is not well enough sealed. I had to take it apart after only 2 months because of a drip between the glass panels. This in itself was a major production which took me three hours to do successfully (following the NEFF YouTube video) . Then I could not re attach the door and had to call for customer service. Very very disappointed. Shouldn’t have happened . I really regret buying this oven.

I am very pleased with my new oven.I especially like the fold away oven door..It stops me from burning my arms. I also like the quick heat up oven option.

Great product, easy to use, simple controls. Does what I want it to do.
