Very pleased with product, haven't gone for Beko before, only usually more premium brands, but I took the punt on a cheaper alternative for this heat pump, as good value for the functions it has, and all good so far.

So far it seems great. Slightly noisier than a vented type but hopefully a lot more economical - have not had an electricity bill yet. Delivery was on time etc. No complaints

Great product , really quiet and quick drying times and really simple to use and empty

I like this dryer, It’s gentle and dries nicely with nothing getting too hot or wrinkled. I had not heard about heat pump dryers, but I like this one and any savings on power being used is good. It is well worth cleaning the filters after each use, something thats easy to neglect, but best not to.

Been happy with it so far, seems economical perhaps a little noisier than some.

This Beko did replace an exhausted 10+ year old condenser tumble dryer, so I guess it depends what you're comparing to, but we've been absolutely delighted with it so far. I also had some concerns regarding reports of extended drying times with heat pump dryers, and wondered if we really needed to spend a lot more £. However, it's been brilliant so far, drying everything in the same or less time than our previous dryer, and doing so whilst making a LOT less noise. It was easy to install, has a good selection of programmes and useful options, and is easy to maintain. For us, the main draw of this Beko was its less than standard depth (at only 548mm), which has allowed us to push it back further under the work surface, the under depth of which is slightly restricted by pipework. I can't comment on any reduction in electricity usage yet, but it's at least making us feel a little better given the hammer it gets on a daily basis supporting family life!

This tumble dryer delivers great value for money. Very happy with it so far. If I had to nitpick, I'd say it is a tad louder than I expected, but then I got used to a whisper quiet washing machine, and the two are not comparable

Honestly- it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought! It’s simple- easy to use- works flawlessly- and is so easy to empty the lint drawer and the water tank. Could not rave about it more! Life is so much better with a tumble dryer. I have had it for a month now with no issues!
