Faulty seal / Samsung refuse liability

No issues for 2 months however on the 3rd month we have found an issue with the seal and Samsung have refused to help sort out. Would’ve expected a washing machine of this price to last longer than 3 months before issues, very disappointed!

A great product, we really liked the colour as it matched our kitchen perfectly and heard great thinga about BEKO products before we purchased. It was competitively priced and was delivered at exactly the time it was promised for.
