Stopped working twice in less than 10 months

Bought this based on the excellent reviews. It worked well for the first few months and then suddenly stopped. After long hold times with Beko, finally managed to have an engineer visit. Although the machine was only a few months old, they refused a replacement but repaired the fault. Unsurprisingly just a few months later, it has stopped heating again. It was really difficult to get through to Beko (kept being put on hold / forwarded to different numbers and being asked to repeat the same questions etc) but finally managed to arrange another engineer visit.
I had to take a day off from work for this as they said the engineer will visit any time from 9-5.
I have now been informed by Beko the engineer will not be visiting as scheduled because he is waiting for a spare part (the engineer has not visited or checked the machine so unsure how they are already sure what spare part is required already).
It’s been 3 weeks now, since I have a non-functioning dryer, it’s incredibly frustrating as it’s clear they have supplied a faulty product.
Also, be aware their one year guarantee does not cover spare parts and you will have to pay for it yourself irrespective of whether they have supplied a faulty machine - they will not accept that.
Definitely would advise avoiding Beko
