Great product much larger drum than my old one and features are great

Packaged well. Easy to understand user face. Levelling feet work fine. Quite. Plenty of features. Product has a good feel of quality to it. Drying clothes a lot easier now.

Good looking,quiet,and does the job.

Best tumble dryer I’ve ever brought

Quick and efficient delivery. Tumble dryer itself is good and dries quickly assuming you put it on the correct setting.

This item was delivered faulty. We were asked to contact the manufacturer who then arranged for another company to call out to try and fix. 1 visit to confirm the fault was as we explained and another visit to bring the wrong part and then told it could not be repaired and a replacement was arranged. Really frustrating to have to use 4 days of my holiday allowance to help ao.com deliver me a tumble dryer is really not what I wanted. Will not be in a rush to use or recommend ao.com in the future!
