Haven't used it a lot yet but initial thoughts are that this is a very good product.

Excellent, very efficient, clothes are dry in a very short time, soft and fluffy, hardly have to do any ironing, would highly recommend this product. I am finally on top of my washing pile.

I took a long time to choose which tumble dryer to use and I am not disappointed with this one. It is really good looking, easy to use and for a 9kg capacity dryer, really good value. After having clothes drying around the house for many years because I wanted to 'live lightly' on the planet I was really pleased to see the energy rating of the heat pump tumble dryers. I'm still getting used to it and the settings are not always 100% accurate - a mixed load on dry ++ only gets clothes iron dry for example - I need to put them on for another hour. However, I think this is more about me getting used to the capacity and mix of clothes I use because I dried a duvet within the time allowed for it the other day. The light inside the drum is really helpful and the option to have different levels of 'dry' helpful. I really like the hygiene setting and the steam function. The water tank and fluff filter is really easy to use and everything comes out feeling soft and fresh. No more crispy towels!

Bought this as an replacement for our broken condenser tumble dryer, we did quiet a bit of research before buying and this one was one of the best. It is really quiet and dries the clothing just right. Really pleased with it and fully recommend it.

Looks good, easy to use and quick at drying. Used the included pipe to drain it so no need to keep emptying drawer making it perfect for our utility room
