It had a gluey substance in the drum after the test cycle. Still waiting on someone coming to look at this a week later. The eco cycle doesn't wash well at all and it's got plastic hinges on the door. Really disappointed with this.

A little noisy if in an open plan kitchen but ideal for utility. The light in the drum is a nice touch so you can see right in the back so nothing gets left behind. Good size drum. Count down timer doesn’t seem very accurate at estimating time left as the timer seems to go up during the programme! But this may have something to do with the weight of clothes in the drum as it automatically weighs the load to use the correct amount of water.

Absolutely love my new washing machine. Really great wash. A lot of programs and features to choose from. Plus it's very energy efficient.

The washing machine is great value for money it is easy to use and exactly as described. It takes a large load. I chose this washing machine because it offered the super quick and eco programmes and the steam option to avoid creasing. I have been very pleased with the results of all the washes I have done

Useful functions and a large drum so we can now wash our duvet at home.

Only used a few times but for the price I’m really happy to have a 10kg with a A rated product. Bang for buck wise, it’s pretty good. Oh and washed the clothes well ??

One of the only washing machines at short cycle times not just 1 or 2 you can use the fast button on most of the programs which reduces the wash time
