I was really surprised by how quiet this washing machine is. Does everything I want a washing machine to do.

Loving my new Beko washing machine, instructions were easy to follow, I am enjoying trying out all the features, it is so, so quiet in the spin cycle. Was easy to hook up to the mains water supply.

So far my 40c eco cycle has always been 2hr40, so quicker than the 3hr58 tag/manual. It seems the machine is auto adjusting for load size which is a function I like but hadn't thought this model had when I was shopping. Worth noting the advertised low water consumption of 38L is for 5kg load on Eco. 10kg on Eco is 59L. I'm using the child lock just because the programme dial protrudes from the machine, is easy to nudge by mistake, which stops the cycle if mid-way and then you need to resume from very beginning. Installing required me to call AO as manual described fitting cover A, B & cap. I only had A. AO connected me to Beko in a three way call and was told B&cap no longer required but manual not yet had an update. Note on the packaging removal and Installation of cover A: very difficult to do alone as requires tilting the machine which is heavy. Connecting water and waste was easy part. Be sure to read the section about the detergent tray, as you adjust one component depending on liquid or powder. The 1400 spin is notably better than my old 1200. Haven't used the Home Whiz or downloadable functions yet. Have had product for a week, havn't regretted my purchase.

Very good, only slight issue is it’s a bit louder than we thought it would be but clothes are coming out nice and it’s fast and good with energy

Excellent Washing Machine. Very quite and lots of program choices. Smaller than our previous Samsung Washing Machine which makes it fit under the worktops easier. Did have some difficulty setting up Bluetooth but got there eventually. Hopefully should save some £'s being an A rated machine

This is a superb machine with a great array of programs to suit all your needs. The machine with its direct drive is very quiet which is great, and the super quick setting is a god send if in a rush. Love It.

The delivery was excellent I have been using it now for a while and couldn't be more pleased. The steam function is great for my husband's shirts. All the different functions are clear and easy to use it matches my Bekko tumble dryer.
