Works as expected ?

Coming from a not even a 4 year old hotpoint, which broke, I needed a new machine ASAP. Did some research and decided on this Machine. I’m so glad I bought this machine. It washes my cloths so much better, they feel and smell cleaner! The spin at 1400 is pretty quiet (compared to my old machine) so I was so happy about that. The Bluetooth and app connection was a little annoying at first but when you worked it out it’s fine. The instructions just didn’t help. When connected turn the program to download, press the Bluetooth button on machine with app open. And done! In all this is a great machine. And great service by AO!

Nice washing machine working well and quite ??

This washing machine is straightforward to use, reliable, and does exactly as it says it will in the manual. I've not had a Beko machine before but am completely satisfied.

On the whole I'm happy with the machine. The spin even at 1200 is very good.I'm not entirely sure what the steam function does. There's no wool programme ( I use hand wash instead). It's reasonably quiet except for the spin (see below) and fits nicely under the counter. But what I'm struggling with is the spinning; it's very noisy and rattles the whole kitchen. And yet it's in the same place as my old machine. It's nice and solid on the floor. So one star off for that. The other star is removed for the app connectivity. I followed all the instructions and got the app to connect but I cannot use it as a remote. Now, I'm a geek so if I can't do it I don't think many could. And once out of bluetooth range it disconnects - whats the point of that?
