Bought to replace our old 8 year old Dyson. Pleased with this new one and hope it lasts as long. Easy to attach tools etc.

Easy to assemble, light weight, able to use with ease. Attachments are great do the job well, hoover part glides over carpet. Great suction. Parts are easily cleaned. We have a dog and picks up hair well, better than I thought it would. Dyson does what it describes. Great hoover overall.

After buying various brands of cleaner I have come back to the Dyson, ease of use is better than the others in that the ball makes it easier to push. The suction is superb and removed a lot of debris that the other other brands had left behind, if i was being picky the only thing i would change is the flexible hose, its that stiff you have to be careful not to pull the machine over. All in all I would have no problem in recommending this machine to anyone.

This is my third Dyson Animal Ball, I don't think I need say any more, the fact it's my 3rd Dyson shows how fantastic they are. It's also my 3rd item from AO, don't think I need to say any more.

Very great product and easy to install and use

This was bought after our Shark died. I was debating if moving to Dyson was the right decision but all my worries were quickly vanquished. It was simple to click together and oh wow! it sucks like nothing has sucked before. Turns out my Shark had really not been up to the job in hand at all. My carpets are now free of dog hairs and sock fluff! The ball makes it so easy to move around and the attachments make short work of the stairs and sofa etc. Really love this and it's unlikely we would ever go to another brand in the future.
