This was bought after our Shark died. I was debating if moving to Dyson was the right decision but all my worries were quickly vanquished. It was simple to click together and oh wow! it sucks like nothing has sucked before. Turns out my Shark had really not been up to the job in hand at all. My carpets are now free of dog hairs and sock fluff! The ball makes it so easy to move around and the attachments make short work of the stairs and sofa etc. Really love this and it's unlikely we would ever go to another brand in the future.

Well built, quite heavy but that’s ok because you want a vacuum that’s “planted”. This will be 6th Dyson so there’s a historical quality requirement about my purchase track record. Does exactly what I bought it for so I’m delighted. AO from order to delivery (24hours) was outstanding. Thanks once again

Like it a lot but the assembly instructions could be a lot better. I was left with a piece I knew not where to place. Fortunately YouTube provided the answer

Good vacuum on carpet and hard floor but is quite heavy and awkward when doing the stairs with the attachments.
