I was shocked how much this picked up from my carpet, despite it being hoovered daily with my old hoover. Would not be without this now, especially with our dog, it picks up all the hair from where she has been sitting or laying very easily.

Excellent suction but rather heavy to use. Assembly instructions not very clear If I'd not had a Dyson before I wouldn't have had a clue how to put it together or use implements.

This vacuum is the best one I’ve ever had. It actually lifts the carpet up as you vacuum. My hair is constantly falling out and there is definitely no hair wrapped around the brushes. I would recommend this vacuum 100%.

This is a powerful vacuum cleaner and so easy to empty. It cleans every surface very well and picks up animal hair on all surfaces. Its great!

It is not possible to clean stairs with it. The attachments are the most awkward thing to use, as the hose pulls back with constant resistance. In the product videos this is supposed to allow you to set the vacumn standing and walk around cleaning stuff. There is not enough wieght in unit to conter the restiance of the hose, so move more than a meter or two and vacume comes flying towards you. So for stairs you can do the bottom few and not be able to reach higher, or move the it to the top and not be able to do more than a couple of steps before it tries to come down the stairs with you.
