Purchased this Beko oven a week ago. Generally pleased - heats quite quickly and fan is quiet. The alarm is a bit quiet. A big problem encountered so far is the flimsiness and design of the oven trays.

Moved house less than 8 weeks ago and the built in oven at our new property blew up, bought this model with the intention of keeping it until we could remodel the the kitchen bit it I an absolute hit! I am a professional cook and cam honestly say it is easy to work with, reliable and I have started blasting dinner parties through it like nobodies business, this oven will be part of the refit.

The oven may be OK once it is installed. I paid for the installation but the fitter was unable to do it. I am yet to have the installation cost refunded.

Reasonable oven with some good features, but it has a dangerous flaw. The good points: spacious, wide racks, very easy to clean (I love the way the side racks unpop so the cavity can be fully wiped out). Looks good and easy to fit. Simple controls. Bad points: everything takes longer to cook than expected so I am not sure how accurate the thermostat is. Racks are bendy so it can be hard to slide heavy dishes in and out without them catching. Major flaw: When you open the bottom door to remove the cooked food and shut it again, any hot moisture in the oven gets funnelled through the cavity wall of the top oven. Hot liquid gets sprayed directly in my face at eye level (I’m 5 ft 6) when I shut the bottom oven door. Major risk of scalding to the face and eyes!

Haven’t yet used all it’s features yet. l I like grilling with door closed. However the timer alarm is a huge disappointment,volume too quiet. ??Alarm can only be heard if in the kitchen at the time. Should be improved or removed.

Good product overall. Easy to install, but only 2 screws for front mounting which left me wondering if that was enough (normally 4). Doors don't open flat, will see if this causes a problem in use over time.

I am very pleased with my new Beko double oven. It has all the features I need, looks smart in my kitchen and reaches the required temperature very quickly.
