Shocking, causing condensation In the neighbouring units. Hoover have been out and said it’s the ventilation even though I have a vent on it. I’m convinced the seal has gone on the door, it gets quite hot but no one is interested not even AO . Saying I have to have the door open to use it. I’m disgusted in the service from both companies and will be taking this further .

Was nervous with it being a heat pump but I've been spinning my clothes on full spin before putting in the dryer. It takes about 1.5hours to dry clothes but at the end they are dry and not had any problems with condensation inside the cupboard doors. It's a lot more expensive than freestanding dryers but I'm glad I paid it to have it concealed in the cupboards.

Rubbish. The drum failed after 12 months. The company are not interested in helping you out. It was JUST outside warranty and they gave us nothing. Told me it was an un economical repair and I had to buy a new dryer. Horrendous.

Easy to operate, fully integrated and looks good. Finishes off my new kitchen perfectly. Much better than my old dryer which was kept in the garage

Great and so easy to use! Water collector is at the front so easy to see when it needs emptying. Quiet. Does the job!

lovely dryer, super quiet and it doesnt heat the clothes up too hot so they will last longer. flip side of this is they do take longer to dry which is a pain when im in a rush!

I've only just started using this appliance but I would say Im really happy with it so far. It's quiet and drys the washing beautifully. Only draw back I've found is the filter is quite difficult to clean between the two outer edges. However, I may be missing something and have written to customer services to see if they can enlighten me to something I'm doing wrong.
