Neat, light and good

The product itself is very good and efficient. However, if the appliance is to be fully integrated aligning the hinges on the door and attaching them to the appliance is difficult and requires that you drill new hinge housings. Once I had completed this task I was happy with my purchase.

Delivery from AO was great as usual. Machine itself is ok - admittedly its not as quick drying as our previous vented drier but it does the job ok. Easy to empty water from the lift out in the door and it doesnt seem to accumulate as much fluff as our previous vented drier. Havent found it particularly noisy either so pretty pleased with it overall as was apprehensive after reading other reviews.

slow to dry

I give it a 5 as I read other reviews prior to purchasing so knew what to expect with a non vented heat pump dryer. In that it takes longer to dry and items are not always that dry. I find it's the larger items like sheets which don't dry well, even when it's full of clothing after 2 1/2 hours they appear to be dry. The biggest issue I had is that I needed an integrated / built in machine and I had the old vented Baumatic previously. This one is the same size etc so things are more straight forward. But they've changed the legs - not as sturdy as the previous legs, one snapped! Nowhere to screw the machine to the side of the units so as the door is really stiff the machine rocks when you open and shut as it's so light so I had to put battens on so it doesn't move forward. The instructions for the door fittings describe the fixtures but there is no inventory so you can actually locate each fixture. The screws for the door hinge are really poorly designed - TIP screw them (use a spanner) into the machine first to make the holes then unscrew and screw in place with the door and fixtures else you'll never get the door tight.

Nice design and good to use

Purchased to replace an integrated vented dryer as there is simply no choice. Pros it’s reasonable quiet but apart from that not much else no matter what setting you use things never get properly dry. I guessing this is a problem with all of these types of dryers
