Had to fault this dryer twice. First the water tank broke and secondly the dryer program freezes with 2 minutes remaining on the clock so the program would just go on and on until stopped manually.

Having owned Baumatic products before I was well aware of them and trusted them. My latest tumble dryer has not let me down and has lived up to the Baumatic reputation. I like the ease in which it was fitted,and it works well (it does what it says in the book !!)

Great dryer and fitted under the worktop and the cabinet door fitted great just followed the instructions

we received this promptly by AO. On fitting in our new kitchen one. snag it needs the fan to vent at the bottom. this means you can't leave the door shut on the unit or make a big hole in it. If it was an under unit cupboard then maybe we can adapt but it's a poor design for this. Meanwhile we use it with the door open. Overall it works though but takes much longer our Bosch did clothes in 52mins this takes 2,5 hours so don't be in a rush. not sure yet re economy of it.

Cleans clothes well and very quiet

Wide range of drying options and fairly quiet when in use. However takes much longer than a conventional dryer.

Best drier I have ever had. Love the fact it is very economical and eco friendly. Also not being a vented model and having the water container on the door is fantastic and so easy to empty

Really pleased with this tumble dryer. Only ever had a washer dryer before but this dries the clothes so much better. Would definitely recommend
