Oven did not cook properly so purchased a thermometer and found it was only getting up to half heat. Took a week to get an engineer out who said that it needed a new thermostat, but as it was a new model , they didn't have any and he would have to order it. Since then we have been continuously phoning both Beko and the engineers but without success. Beko just pass you back to the engineers and the engineers never answer the phone. We were told over a week ago that they had the part but no one is available to fit it.
This was a brand new cooker and if faulty should have been replaced, especially as we took out the extended warranty cover with new for old cover on it.
We ca honestly say that this is the worse service we have ever received.
Over a month has passed now and we still can't use our new oven.
