Very easy to use cleans itself before and after use easy to make cappuccino as well can't stop drinking coffee now

This was bought as a birthday for my husband and he absolutely loves it. It looks great and makes really good coffee. It is a little bit noisy but this doesn't last for very long. I would recommend!

A really attractive machine and very easy to operate. The only problem we’ve had is that we have custom set one of the buttons to give the size of cup we want but every now and then it resorts to the original setting and produces a tiny cup of coffee. It’s a real waste because we have to start again. Hopefully we’ll be able to sort out the glitch. Very happy otherwise.

I’ve been using a pod machine for years now and my current machine was reaching the end of its life. Spotted this machine at a good price with AO and decided to give it a go. Took me a little while to get used to its foibles, mainly due to my refusal to study the detailed instructions. (It’s a man thing!) having now got to grips with it I can thoroughly recommend the device and it’s gives so much more control over how you get your coffee. The milk steamer is really good and if, like me, you like your coffee hot and milky, then you’ll be delighted with what this produces. I do drink a lot of coffee and another benefit of this machine is that I now buy beans in bulk bags which represent a significant saving over pods. I have had espresso machines in the past but always found them a bit of a chore to clean. The automatic rinse system and easy grounds tray clean out removes all concerns on this front. A great machine for the price.

Great little machine. Easy to set up and use. Not too loud companre to other coffee machines. Great coffee and gently steamed milk. Perfect for matcha latte too!

Milk is not very hot after 2 mins of steaming, advise buying something else for steaming/frothing milk as this doesn’t work

So simple and straight forward, just what I wanted. Love everything about it. Great price and next day delivery. All in all, I'm a very happy customer.

Always wanted a bean to cup machine but quite expensive, however when my latest pod machine broke I decided to splash out. At first when going through the instructions it seemed very complicated but once I started using the machine it was quite easy. The only minor issue is using the milk frother, I’m getting better, it’s not going everywhere now. The machine is a bit noisier than a pod machine but overall well made. Very pleased with product.
