Great bin-to-cup coffee machine. Much quieter than FRANKIE, which is considered the best just before a proper barista gear. Fully adjustable and easy to clean and maintain. Pretty much plug and play with a minimum of configuration (you may need to adjust the amount of water if you prefer different quantities). Not to mention it looks the part and it is a real feature in the kitchen, not just another appliance! Overall highly recommended

Was using a different popular bean to cup for the past 5 years which I thought was great until I got the Smeg. I can't believe how much better it is on every level. Nice compact easy to use design that pulls a top notch coffee

This coffee machine was so easy to set up and is so sleek in our kitchen. It’s a great design and fits great in a modern kitchen, as well as more “design” kitchens. It’s an ideal size and doesn’t have all the extra bells and whistles that seem unnecessary in many modern coffee machines. Considering it’s bean to cup, it’s a very quiet machine that makes excellent coffee.

So glad I bought this Smeg bean to cup coffee machine. Makes a delicious long cup of coffee. Very easy to use, and a full tank makes a few coffees so you’re not having to top up all the time. Looks great too.

I am absolutely gobsmacked with how I can now get specialty coffee at home with the click of a button. This machine is gorgeous, beautifully designed, doesn't take much space, makes amazing coffee even with factory settings and lets me get the most from the beans I buy. The frother too is superb: I made a perfect matcha latte from oat milk on my second attempt.
