The Smeg Bcc12 B2C coffee machine is excellent. The size of the machine is perfect and compact. A lot smaller than our previous B2C machine from another brand. We have been using it for a month, 6 to 8 times a day, and it is very straightforward to use once we figured out the settings. It is not too noisy when grinding the beans, or pumping out the coffee. Easy to wipe clean inside and out. Emptying the used coffee grounds is simple. After a month the machine indicates when to run the cleaning program. Excellent all round B2C coffee machine.
