Lovely product at a great price. The product itself is great, feels very high quality. Looks really stylish. Perfect size for my small kitchen. If you are looking for a low maintenance bean to cup machine this is perfect. The addition of the milk frother is good too. Easy to set up and use. It makes wonderful tasting coffee and is easy to take care of. Overall great purchase.

Had been considering purchasing a beans to cup machine for over a year now and then this one came up with 50% off so finally took the plunge and so glad I did, only had it for just over a week now. Love that you can change the strength of the coffee by adjusting the grind and also either add hot water via the steam wand as well as steam. My wife is delighted and the cost savings over coffee pods is unbelievable, as for reliability to early to comment but fingers crossed, well done AO ??

Solidly built. Good clean looks. Put together well. Makes a good cup of coffee as well.

Easy to set up out the box just fill top 2 containers with beans and water. Be aware when cycling through its power on tests ejects some hot water so have a cup ready. Had to go hunting thru the instructions to find the button uses so not very intuitive. Disappointed with the length of a long coffee, only fills my, admittedly, large cup half way so have to go again using another set of ground beans when one lot could have sufficed for it all. Not tested steamer wand so can't comment on that function. Happy though that such a small machine does bean to cup seamlessly.

Compact easy to use Bean to Cup Coffee Machine, modern, stylish with the SMEG name - like the red colour scheme. Takes a while getting used to the settings I recommend reading the manual and watching a few online "how to" video's as there's a few things I missed like being able to adjust the height of the coffee dispenser, and the manual adjusting but the more you use it, it all just comes naturally. Remember it runs a clean cycle every time you switch on and off which can take a bit of time but it's part of the machine - Relatively well designed - Makes a good range of coffees everyone has enjoyed it. Take some time to set the water hardness level - suggest reading up on it, I also recommend getting your own stainless steel Jug for the milk frother as this isn't included. Not really a cappuccino or latte person but this machine has converted me - useful for making martini espresso's impressed all recently - I hope it lasts a long time and its a worth investment.

Excellent bean to cup machine, well made, simple controls.

This is my first bean to cup machine and so far so good! It has been easy to learn how to work and keep clean. The coffee tastes delicious and the milk frother is super! It looks lovely in my kitchen.
