Had no issues with this fridge freezer for two and a half years then it stopped working...(6 mnths out of warranty) I called an engineer out and it took 30 seconds to diagnose the problem - he informed me that the back wall had come away from the installation and that it can't be repaired. His view was that he would be disappointed if this happened on a 6 year old freezer, let alone a 2.5 year old. Phoned BEKO and explained the problem and the response was, "out of warranty" and therefore not their problem....I have made an official complaint and waiting for them to get in touch, not holding my breath. Very poor aftersales...

Lovely fridge freezer - very prompt delivery

Great until it broke 3 months outside of the 2 year manufacturing warranty! Blockage in the system, unrepairable! Beko wouldn’t do a thing as it was outside warranty. Highly recommend getting appliance cover if purchasing this fridge freezer.

Really easy to install and good spacious fridge and freezer. Very pleased with it! Excellent delivery and installation man as well - he was really helpful.

It’s pretty good. Buzzer when you leave the door ajar is useful. More adjustability of shelving would be good

Freezer seems to work great, 4 draws, quite a bit of space. Fridge lacks of space and it's not frost free, I have more ice and water accumulation on the fridge than actually groceries. Everything gets soaking wet do the amount of water accumulation. It's ridiculous. Tried different temperatures, nothing seems to work. I have to constantly wipe water and ice.

The fridge freezer has pluses and minuses. The salad crisper is in one piece across the bottom of the fridge and is deep, so means that the bottle holders on the doors have limited height. It is impossible to put 2litres of milk on one shelf, and use the top two shelves for anything higher than a mustard jar. Beko compensate this by supplying a bottle rack in the fridge, where a shelf would be much more useful. I have bought a shelf as an extra
