Easy to view and get reviews on appliances that I wanted. Ordering was so easy online and I could choose my preferred delivery date. The communication with AO.COM during the delivery was excellent and my time slot and tracking was very good. Had a safe delivery by the team and my goods were photographed when delivered. Used the disposal facility as I couldn't get the fridge freezer into my car, another excellent service. Overall a five star service from AO.COM and the team, highly recommended.

Read all the reviews on many fridge/freezers and this Beko seemed to fit the bill, the 6 year old Hotpoint decided to pack up so we ordered this Beko model. Product arrived as arranged and the guys were very helpful took away old freezer and unpacked new I installed the new Fridge /Freezer. It is sooo quiet compared to the old Hotpoint Model and very roomy especially the Salad/Veg Draw its amply big enough for everything. Freezer good size and overall Very Happy with the purchase,
