It's my 2nd Beko integrated fridge/freezer. 1st one lasted 15 years & survived being fitted into new kitchen. I used AO last time & did not hesitate to use again. From my first contact on phone to Luke, who was very helpful, understanding & patient. He couldn't do enough to help me. I then had help on phone again with measurement queerie, once again all sorted by very helpful lady. As for delivery you reslly need to experience it. First you're given a day, then 4 hour slot, then 1 hour slot, finally phone call 15 mins just before they came. Scott & Jamie were so precise & professional fitting fridge/freezer, as well as cheery. I have never had such wonderful service from start to finish. Other companies could learn from AO. well done all.

It was better than the last one we bought - Beko have improved its looks. Whilst I managed to follow the installation guide others who haven’t fitted one before would struggle. There is not written instructions and I ended up with lots of parts left over which i didn’t need. Some of them were not identified in the instructions at all.

Bought as a replacement - Impressed with the efficiency (compared with my old one). Less storage space in the freezer but I think that is due to the ice prevention feature.

So far seems really good , plenty of room , would have preferred an extra shelf rather than the wine rack but otherwise seems to be a good buy and working well. So everything good so far

Ample space for all of my shopping. Door shelves are a little high but this allows for a larger vegetable storage area.

Working brilliantly. Layout is great - lots of room compared to a previous free standing Fridge freezer. Fitted great by the AO team very promptly. Would recommend.
