    Product is fine and reasonably quiet. As its was an intergraded appliance the door installation instructions could have been a little clearer.

    Integrated fridge freezer plus fitting

    Large modern integrated fridge freezer. Excellent customer service and fitting service. Product was damaged but fitting team took pictures and contacted me immediately. Fortunately damage was to front of doors so covered by the kitchen doors. Customer service rang and discounted all within an hour. Would recommend product and service.

    I guess I was unlucky! My 1st Beko fridge freezer stopped working after 18 months. But I liked the design (& the price!) so ordered another - this model - sadly it lasted 2 days! Crazy! I certainly won’t be buying another ... However, the amazing service I received from AO put that into the shadows. I can’t praise my customer service helper Daniel enough ... thank you for calming a crisis and finding a speedy solution to the problem. Very much appreciated AO.com Thank you
