I am still coming to terms with this. Far more complicated than anything I have used before and the instructions in the manual are rubbish. It is sitting in my living room in pieces waiting for a son come and explain it all to me Would love to have been able to submit no stars

Great purchase. Vacuum has great suction. Is easy to manoeuvre. Pet Hair Removal kit is amazing. Removed my dogs hair from all my rugs with no problem. Very happy customer.

Great power modes,picks up well on any surface. It is a little hard to use on carpets if you are on full power.

I’ve just bought this BCH86PETGB Cordless vacuum to replace the Bosch I have had for 10years, I am thrilled to bits with it it has slightly more power than my other Bosch Pet Vacuum cleaner. I would Highly Recommend it. My other is being delegated to be one for upstairs.

Great power of suction, light and easy to use and store. Battery life is good. Only downside is hair wrapping around brush roller, but does come off easily enough. Overall great machine.
