Light and easy to use. powerful enough to get all the fur left by my 2 long haired cats with no bother at all! Had to buy the accessories kit to get into nooks and crevices but that is the only downfall I have found.

Purchased this vacuum to use upstairs in the bedrooms. Really pleased with the performance so far. Wanted this for thick pile carpets, most vacuums do not seem to have this feature but this vacuum does the job brilliantly. Already have a Bosch cordless which I have had for a few years and continues to work well, one of the reasons I decided to go with the Serie2. So pleased I got this one, no need to use high power except on the landing, light and easy to use, quick and simple to empty the dust.

Very Light, easy to dismantle for hand held vacuuming. Pick up very well. Only downside is the small dust cylinder - you need to change frequently or apparatus gets blocked.

Great so far. Easy to use and lightweight. Only drawback is the long charge time.
