It's a nice fridge freezer, considering the size of the slot it had to go in. LED basket for veg seems to work. Quite quiet.

Fairly straight forward to fit and seems to be working a treat at the moment as it was a similar inter grated Beko fridge freezer replacement

This is my second Beko kitchen appliance and does everthing the site description says, really love this Fridge Freezer.

The harvest fresh system seems to work how fruit and veg seem to stay fresh longer. The air circulation in the fridge works well keeping the food nice and cold anywhere in the fridge. Nice bright LED light and Door warning bell if door is left open too long. top shelf fast freezer works quite well. I thought the temperature display was going to tell you what the temperature is in the fridge no what’s the temperature you set it at. Overall a nice fridge.

The product images display a bottle rack and dairy drawer however these were not included. Beko attempted to provide these components, sending 3 shipments with spare parts over the course of 1 month before advising that the dairy drawer does not exist. Poor customer service from Beko- they seem to be confused about the components of their own products and there is some disconnect between AO and Beko which is disappointing

I’m pleased with the product and AO service generally however this product was missing the wine rack and dairy drawer that were featured in the website images. AO ordered these from Beko once I alerted them, however the wrong drawer was delivered and didn’t fit. I’ve since contacted Beko directly who have advised the dairy drawer is not included in this product. They are sending me a dairy drawer- yet to arrive…. A bit disappointing as ironically the wine and dairy drawer were the deciding factors in choosing this model…. The freezer performance is better than I expected, considering the Which reviews.
