Good product however it takes quite a while longer to dry items when compared to a condenser tumble dryer

It is ideal. So many programmes so will be able to dry clothes over winter instead of being on a maiden.

The machine is good and replaced an existing built in / integrated appliance. The frustrating part is that there isn't a 'standard' height for the door hinges across manufacturers so new holes had to be cut into the door for the hinges to make it fit, leaving the old holes exposed (covered with available inserts but still not great)

Not had a heat pump tumble dryer before but very happy with this one so far. Nice and quiet. Lots of programmes - yes We will probably never use most of them but the option is there if you want to use one that better suits what you are drying. Being able to operate the dryer via an app is a nice touch and even if don’t use it for that once you have linked the machine with it you get notifications when machine is finished plus reminders to clean the filters. Oh and it does seem to do a good job of drying what you put into it too.

Fitted in well. Works ok although as yet have not tried the remote control or quite figured out all the various programme options.

Delivery was as expected the machine is as it should be although drying times are long I love the dryer also the bonus of WiFi
