Cutlery tray leaves cutlery dirty. Shelves don't glide

After 13 years our old dishwasher literally went up in smoke & all of a sudden we needed a new one. We visited a certain high street retailer & spotted this machine but the service was rubbish. Found the same machine on AO & knew from friends they were better. Oredered & delivered in days at a more competitive price. We are loving the new BEKO, it's so quiet & has great features. There are a variety of programs to pick from & it cleans off all the grime. The added bonus is that it looks great in the kitchen too!

Very nice upgrade from the 8 year old one that broke. Many programs to balance intensity and timely needs, and is surprisingly quiet. Very satisfied.

This dishwasher is lovely, very roomy, seems like it's built a lot better than the Bosch we had previously (which lasted two years and nine months before it failed catastrophically). Love the door popping open when it's done, also love that there's a utensil basket and a tray as some utensils aren't suitable for the tray. I had been a bit worried our dinner plates might not fit in, having seen a couple of other reviews, but they're absolutely fine. Cleans really well, doesn't take ages or use too much water or electricity.
