Beko products have proved to be good value and quality for the price. This machine has the top cutlery tray, which we find very useful. It also came with a cutlery basket if you prefer that. The top shelf is adjustable height and the spines adjust too (can lay flat) so it is quite versatile. The shelves feel a little less smooth running than our previous machine- a little flimsy perhaps, but they don’t flex. They’re maybe just lighter weight. The wine glasses holder is not as good as the one we had before. It’s too wide and doesn’t hold the glass stems very firmly- but perhaps I haven’t worked it out properly yet. Available programs are all we need. Runs louder than our previous non-integrated machine, though still very quiet overall. This might be because it was a snug fit - 600mm wide exactly- so it’s right up against the unit sides. The red indicator light shining on the floor is a new feature we really like. So far, very happy. Hopefully it’ll last a long time, because installing an integrated dishwasher takes a lot longer than a freestanding one!

I love this dishwasher - especially the extra cutlery tray at the top - it does compromise your plate size slightly if you have very big plates but worth it for me. It’s so quiet I barely know it’s on. All good

Great product. Everything that we wanted. Only issue is the instructions for actually using the machine are very unclear and confusing. I’m winging it to be honest and slowly getting the hang of it but there is no good description of how to select functions, change timings and the like. Would have got 5 stars if there was an instructional video you could watch demonstrating how to use the control panel.

Having had two previous Beko Dishwashers over the last 14 years I can honestly say that I'm well satisfied with the overall quality and reliability of the product. In assents if you regularly clean the machine to remove calcium build up ensure the salt never runs out your machine will operate without to much issue. My one bugbear is now the need to overcomplicate the programs, with so many options for this and that. "Beko its a dishwasher!" not a Saturn Rocket!!!
