Nice product. Seems to work well. Easy to load. Instructions could be better explained mainly pictures which are hard to follow, but reasonably easy to install. Only had a week so time will tell. Chose this model for the cutlery drawer/tray.

I am very pleased with this product which is a good improvement on the previous model. It's quicker, queiter and some nice touches in terms of added features.
