Emits ear-piercing high frequency ringing noise which I imagine tinnitus to sound like. The engineer that BEKO sent out said it’s the induction motor and that’s just how it is. I am only able to run this machine at night. Ok if you can’t hear high frequencies. Now having to pay AO to have it replaced as refused a full refund due it not being ‘faulty’, yet it’s painful to use. Bottom level not tall enough to fit plates and knives in. Not fit for purpose. Not happy.

We had the previous Beko model for 6 years, and were really happy with it; we had to replace it when the door hinge broke. Its essenially the same but with the option of 3 heights for the top tray. The top tray also has a new layout with an (unnecessary?) indentation - we're finding that a a bit weird , but I suspect we just need to get used to it. Love the floor light which indicates the machine is running. Nice and quiet. Really delighted with the installation service provided by AO - it was a very quick and straightforward swap-out.

Very pleased with our new Beko dishwasher. Variable washing cycles available and to suit every requirement. It is a little smaller capacity than our previous dishwasher however more than enough for our needs but might be a bit small for larger families. It is quiet when operating and the red light function (which shines on the kitchen floor when machine is running)is a useful feature to indicate the end of wash cycle. We elected to have the dishwasher fitted and this was undertaken with great care by a courteous and friendly fitter.

The Beko dishwasher now I have figured out how to use it is good The instructions on installing and operating it are a little bit difficult to understand as the instructions are generic to various machines but YouTube helps Now installed and having used for a while it’s does it’s job and dishes etc come out clean

The dishwasher is fine the reason for 4 stars is lack of instruction- it has to be accessed via the Internet and I couldn't find what I needed. The only other slight issue is that the top shelf knocks dinner plates if loaded first which ours usually is due to number of mugs etc. we use

Great dishwasher, good cleaning and very quiet. Upgraded version of our previous Beko dishwasher. Bought to replace previous Beko dishwasher which lasted 13 years, only replaced as hinge snapped.

Love it, simple to use but the service from AO was the best part

The instructions were quite hard to understand but once we had googled it, it was simpler. It easily fitted in the same place as my old one came out of. It has a wider range of washes than my old one. But even on the coolest and shortest cycle all the dishes came out clean.
