Quality product - well made and looks good but also seems robust. Good size with nice features - especially the cutlery tray and layout. Easy to use and runs nice and quiet. Perfect for an apartment.

If dishwashers can be brilliant, then this one meets the grade. It replaced a 10-year old Beko dishwasher that had served us well - it must have completed over 2,000 washes and had been repaired twice, but finally gave up the ghost. Enter this new model, a mega upgrade from the previous one. It has every possible wash setting that a family could need, and being a family of 7, this dishwasher has absolutely loads of space. The deep clean feature ensures even the most baked-on gunk melts away, and my most favourite feature (remember that our previous dishwasher was 10 years old and pre-dated such luxuries) is that the door automatically opens once it's finished the wash cycle so that everything can air dry handily through the night.

Works really well, is quiet and items always come out clean.

Effective dishwasher. I didn’t find the internal light necessary but the cutlery tray at the top is great. All items have come out clean and the available functions make it good value for money.

Really good dishwasher, gets the dishes sparkling clean, way better than our 8 year old machine. A couple of negatives : after an eco wash inside of the machine is still pretty wet, I guess that’s the price of using less energy. The biggest downside is that the main area for dishes is quite short, most of our plates will not fit and allow the water jet spinner to rotate. Bent the metal prongs slightly so the plates are at a flatter angle, which helps a bit but some plates will only fit at the very edges of the tray

Excellent product. Plenty of wash options especially the 35 minute wash that suits our needs. Excellent washing of crockery and utensils due to the lower washing arm which covers all the internal area. The utensil drawer at the top of the machine is brilliant, far better than the usual utensil basket at the bottom of the machine. Very happy with the machine and also a mention to the installer who did an excellent job. Happy Chappy!

An excellent upgrade to our old Beko machine which had developed a fault. The 38640C has a host of features such as easily adjustable top basket, top cutlery tray, red light on the floor while the machine is in operation, automatic door opening at the end of a cycle (only on certain programs) audible sound to let you know the program has finished along with a long list of programs. Having used it now fro a couple of weeks we have been delighted with it.
