I bought this in January so i've had time to get use to it and I have to say it's by far the worst dishwasher i've ever had over the last 30yrs. The top rack is reletively pointless and just takes up valuable space, it also restricts the space for the adjustable height middle rack which in turn affects the bottom rack (i actually disconnected and removed it from the runner to give me more usable height on the middle and bottom racks) It's also very hit and miss with washing things clean especially mugs which you need to plan where your placing them to make sure they're over a jet on the washing arm (which doesn't seem to have many jets to start with). All in All it's a poorly designed machine with mediocure to poor performance, with my old machine i could just stack it however i liked and it would wash 99% of the time spot on, this one i'm lucky if it washes 3/4 of what i put in it. Do yourself a favour and don't buy this machine because like me you'll regret it.

This is an excellent dishwasher. Having spent a while researching various models and brands using search engines, I found the AO comparison and alternative suggestions to be mist helpful. Moreover, the customer service was exquisite. The programming and versatility of the dishwasher really accommodates our needs and certainly meets all expectations. Recommended 5*

Works efficiently and quietly. The instruction manual could be clearer and simpler to understand.

Worst dishwasher I have ever had - replacing after 2 months. Barely cleans anything, standard plates are too big and the top drawer is near useless

It’s a good product. Really like the cutlery draw, not using the awful basket at all. Also like the red light that shines onto the floor until wash is finished. My previous machine had physical buttons and I prefer that over the touch controls on these. But only really because I use the delay feature that requires multiple presses.

Great dishwasher, replaced the similar one that died after 3 years (not a long time but still...) The only negative is the old model had a better cutlery tray split into 3 parts so you could put taller items on the top rack. Apart from that 1 month in and it's going everything it should

really good dishwasher so far - really like the door opening at the end of the cycle so you know its finished Good range of cycles and options as well - currently just used the eco one and its cleaning everything perfectly the top utensil tray is not as good as I was hoping - it only gets water coming down from the top of the dishwasher and up from the bottom of the top tray so the items of the top tray don't get much water from underneath Not an issue just an observation; you obviously lose space for with the utensil tray for pint glasses and similar height items have to go on the bottom shelf.
