Nice machine. It’s a little finicky in the controls

Well, this is the most expensive dishwasher I've ever bought and I'm afraid it's the worst! It just doesn't get the stuff clean and I'm using Fairy Platinum tablets too! I'm putting in fewer and fewer dishes in the hope that the most pathetic load will surely get cleaned but still stuff on the bottom rack is not cleaning. Come on, surely 4 hours is enough to clean a soaked pan? But let's not push it as far as a pan, what about a bowl...only if there is no other crockery anywhere near the bowl will it clean. A delay in fitting from the builders means I'm past the 30 day return period, so I'm stuck with the stupid thing. At least if Beko still had spontaneously combusting appliances I could hope for a product recall, but nope, me and it are just going to have to find a way to get along. Maybe if I wash everything by hand first, then just put it into the machine to dry it off...oh, no, wait, I forgot, the crocks don't get dried either! Waste of money, not a happy bunny.

Really good experience. The installation team were exceptional. They had to improvise as the previous dishwasher had not been put in properly. They were more than equal to the task. The product itself is really impressive. Seemless exchange from very professional team.

We bought this because of its B energy rating. Spent the extra bit hoping it would pay off. It has! Eco mode takes 4 hours but perfect overnight and it pops the door open when it has finished washing so it dries - unlike some older dishwashers where eco mode just left it all wet inside for the morning! Really happy and would recommend spending the extra to get this.

So far so good. With the cutlery drawer installed it's not as deep as I would like. Anything over a standard plate size is hard to fit. There are some options to put larger items in at an angle however the wash not as good when you do this especially items in the cutlery drawer are impacted. With a standard sized full load the dishwasher works very well.

So far so good. only had the machine for a week but it's going well. The settings are simple to navigate and the capacity is very good. critically it cleans the dishes well and the drying setting is excellent. It is also very quiet compared to our old one (which to be fair was 12 years old when it bit the dust). Dropped one star as there are elements that seem flimsy compared to our old Neff. The build quality just isn't the same quality and not as solid feeling.

Easy to instal and the dishwasher itself has great functionalities.

What can I say about this product apart from it’s amazing. So much quieter than my previous dishwasher. Also with the cutlery sliding tray at the top, it makes it so much easier to fit pots, pans and trays in, as there is now no basket. Also a lot more energy efficient.
