Solid machine however loud humming noise high pitch when running otherwise quiet. More insulation is probably needed around the motor poor design there. No instructions in the manual how to use the steam gloss function. Otherwise plates come out sparkling and a good all round machine which is energy efficient.

Product is great, delivery was excellent. Unfortunately I've knocked a star off because the rear legs didn't adjust as they were meant to but I used blocks of wood instead rather than go without a dishwasher while sorting it out. Great features, cleans excellently, couldn't ask for more, lots of extras like tray supports, extra fold out bits, cutlery drawer etc. We don't use the cutlery drawer as it restricts the top basket height too much and need it on it's highest level due to the size of our plates on the lower basket.

excellent product, great clean and the light is helpful to know its status. However, the product has quite a loud humming noise when ON, this can be quite distracting and sadly brings down my rating of the product.

Quality product that works very efficiently and gives great results.

Smart item, easy to install. Interior lights are a nice and useful touch. Whilst the capacity is billed as 16 places, we've found the height of the upper and lower baskets is restricted by the addition of the cutlery drawer - we've had to remove it so that our plates and glasses can be placed in the dishwasher. Fortunately (or knowingly!) Beko still supply a cutlery basket as well as the drawer.

Love this machine - it’s so easy to use and has (so far) been an excellent cleaner. The machine is really spacious and the additional cutlery tray fab for all the smaller items that can end up rattling around the machine. It’s super quiet - sometimes I have to stop and actually check it’s running - this machine is perfect for any open plan room. I love that it automatically opens the door at the end of cycles too to help with drying and to save energy! Worth every penny it’s a fist class machine
