    Beware, critical part missing.

    Appliance didn't come with a critical part, multiple calls to AO, and the manufacturer, failed to resolve the issue so it had to be returned. We don't see the point if selling something that can't be installed without a part that can't be acquired.

    Hood was delivered without the 2nr. wall brackets needed to install the chimney. I called Baumatic, clearly describing the issue, and then they sent me just 1nr. bracket and it was the wrong one! Incompetence knows no bounds in 2025 - now I will need to call them AGAIN!
