It's a bit tricky to get used to. The user manual os generalised for all of their ovens and pretty useless. The oven itself cooks the food great. I would always use the preheat function or it takes a bit to heat up too.

AO were good as usual, however, the oven is disappointing, always took a long time to heat up and now the heating element has failed within warranty and the level of customer service supplied by Hisense was appalling. Have waited 5 weeks without an oven so far. Hisense and their associated sub contractors for the repair have been very disappointing. I will not ever buy anything from Hisense again.

It's been interesting getting used to the using of this oven. Still not there with everything but everything we have cooked in it has cooked evenly and tastes great.
