Nice spacious oven and really does heat up to 200C in 5 minutes using the "rapid preheat" function. Very stylish modern design with display showing set temperature, cooking time and clock. Great value with lots of features packed in for the price! Only downside is that it only comes with 1 wire shelf/rack and shallow tray, one more shelf/rack would be ideal.

The product was as described within its packaging Fitted and tested within an hour and performs exactly as it should with the smart meter staying in the green So far a great oven

Easy to install, working good, has delay timer for start and stop heat when timer finish

It tripped our fuse box the first 3 times we used it and the instructions are badly translated Chinese so can't work out how to set a delayed cook. Apart from that it seems good.

As soon as the oven was switched on at 200 or above the control panel became very hot - too hot to touch in places. An engineer attended and said it was probably a design fault and it would be a major repair to try and fix it - if it could be fixed and as it was brand new it wasn't worth doing that. It's only a week old and the 'fault' was there from the first time it was switched on. Will be returning and looking for a different brand.

Very happy with our new oven. It is exactly as advertised, works well, and looks great in our kitchen! We will be sure to shop with ao again. Thank you!
