Very simple controls to use, although the instructions book is far from clear!

Really good double oven - ‘big’ fovea is larger than you expect and great to have the grill option too.

Seems ok. Does need a oven housing to fit properly. I used the brackets but had to drill my own fixing holes..... which may be a problem if I need to return on warranty. No grill pan suppllied but kept old one. Like you get the flex supplied. Does cook evenly and lot hotter and faster than my previous oven. Can't really fault for the price.

I’ve had this for 7 months and it’s a terrible oven. Lacking in space for the main oven, you can’t put a chicken in it and a tray of potatoes etc. The top oven is larger than you need however the way it’s designed you can only have 1 tray/shelf in it so it’s a waste of space. No grill pan, the 2 supplied trays are very poor and have been thrown away. However the biggest issue is that it doesn’t keep temperature. I’ve had to buy a separate oven thermometer as the actual temperature fluctuates between 20 and 40 degrees depending on what you have in there. I have had multiple dinners ruined because of this. I’ve complained to an.com but have been told to speak to Hisense directly. Absolutely do not buy this oven, spend your money on a better make.

Reasonable price for a double oven and found it easy to use.

Great value for money. Product exactly as advertised. Very quick and informative delivery. Great customer service. Nothing to dislike about the product.

We haven’t had it long but so far it’s been without issue. Grill is brilliant compared to last oven. Hot in a very short space of time (need to leave grill door open) Controls very easy to use. The smell others have mentioned was short lived and expected in a new appliance.
