The product was as expected & very similar to my old one it was replacing.. It works well & looks good. The handle was loose & seemed flimsy but my husband fixed it & now it seems fine. There was only one shelf in the grill & one in the oven but it does have 2 trays which you can use as a grill pan & one as a roasting tin & they slide in as shelves, so I’m happy with that.

Works perfectly. Looks great with that rest of the kitchen.

It's just as I expected. It looks good and cooks well. Also, it came with a cable/lead, which made the connection easy.

Overall, the new Hi-Sense oven is a good 'value for money' product, with practical and efficient features. Packing was good and effective Both ovens function well, supported by adequate shelves and grill/oven pans. Temperature control (so far) is impressive. The oven unit is attractive...however, what lets it down are the cheap, nasty (plastic) control knobs! Small issue, but very visible. Got to mention the excellent service from AO; deal with confidence here!

Very happy with this oven so far, only had it a short while but have not seen any splashes from cooking meats & it is much quieter than our previous oven. The top convection/grill is great too. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the racks don’t slide very easily in & out when taking hot dishes out. Would recommend.

Exactly what we were after. Good price, on offer on black Fri. The only downside for us is that the electric cable is too short to reach the plug for us as it goes behind cupboards.
