This oven is amazing. The bottom oven works exactly to temperature. The top oven runs slightly hot (but it does say in the instructions that you may need to reduce the oven temp a little to accommodate the smaller oven space). The ovens are bright, and I love the fact that both ovens have a light and glass door that you can see through. We’ve only had it for about 3-4 weeks, but I’m so happy with it. The oven capacity really is large, and I can actually fit some of my oven trays in this oven that I couldn’t in my old double oven. The alarm is very loud, but this is good if you are in a different room when it goes off as you can actually hear it. The only downsides that I can see with the oven so far, is that it really needs to come with one more oven rack (it comes with 2), which is fairly standard for ovens though, however, really needs 3 and an additional nice touch would be an included grill rack. The timer button is also very quick if you press and hold it down, so we tend to just input the time in single presses (which can be a little frustrating). However, these things are certainly not enough, to not buy this amazing oven! 5* thank you Hisense.
