Purchase approx. two month ago, working well, simple to use, so far so good

Disappointed to learn that the top oven only works with the grill element on, something not stated in the description. This means food can get scorched before being properly cooked. The online handbook does not mention this either as it is a generic document covering several models. I would have bought a different model had I known about this but it is installed now so I will have to stick with it. I would advise potential buyers to check the specs of any model before deciding to buy. Incredibly, the review terms and conditions allow Hisense to adapt, modify or delete reviews so I don''t know if this review will appear as originally written.

Was on offer so decided to go for this oven, seen it had some good reviews already. It looks good & happy we had the black colour as it goes well in our kitchen. Great with cooking the food & heats up quickly, all in all a good buy.

The oven was unpacked and fitted as a replacement of existing oven .It was very well packaged and so undamaged in transit. We are both in our 80s and frail, so there is a definite health and safety matter which presently stops us using the oven.. A "grid and tray" handle was found to be missing after a thorough search of the packaging and without this item the grill pan is too large and heavy for us to handle. Please supply the missing handle to allow us to use and enjoy our new purchase. The new oven/grill certainly looks the part, and the controls are adequate and simple to understand and use...

Able to use both sections independently with no loss of power unlike my previous one. Very happy

So pleased with this product ; great value for the money paid, cooks perfectly, find it as good as my last one costing over £1K
