Great product an excellent replacement for our broken double oven

Have fitted this product before me and the customer will give it 5 stars. However I ordered one for myself on arrival it had been damaged on the top with no exteria or face damage.i spoke to AO who gave me 10% off the purchase price. I got the oven fitted (qualified electrician) only to find out that the damage had warped the fan and now sounds like a helicopter. Ao was great and said that I had to pay back the 10% ? And they would send me out a new one. My electrician is coming tomorrow to disconnect and will be back the following (if delivered) to install. Fingers crossed the oven is ok and not damaged. Only 3 stars as the cost to install etc has know cost me £160. I should have asked for a replacement straight away. ??

Excellent oven, heats up to temperature a lot quicker than the old oven it replaced.

I'm super, super impressed, the lads were fantastic, friendly, efficient, professional and thorough in what they did, making sure everything was just right, treating my home with courtesy and care. They made sure they cleaned everything up after. I can't praise the whole experience enough, from ordering to fitting. It's the first time I've used AO but it won't be the last, no more Curry's for me! Thank you for the excellent service, which you rarely get these days! Please pass this on to the guys that came if you're able. Only used a few times but loving the oven so far. It’s straight forward and looks great for the money.
