Works perfectly and the men who delivered it were fantastic.

This is a simple to use electric oven. This is not a fan oven. This oven heats from all the sides and so the food cooks evenly from all sides. There are many inserts for the metal self, but there is only one metal shelf which comes with this oven and I prefer to use the middle insert. Food cooks the same amount of time as it would cook in an electric fan oven. There is also a grill in the oven and you also get a grill tray with this oven. This is a very good product.

Bought for my daughter, glass the on her old oven just shattered, so needed a new oven. Loves this one, says it cooks nice and even, a lot better than her old one, says A++++
